Her litigation experience includes defending lawsuits and administrative agency complaints of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, sexual harassment, defamation and wage and hour violations. She provides counseling on compliance with state and federal labor and employment law and assists in the preparation of employee handbooks, personnel policies, employment contracts and severance agreements. Ms. Savage has also represented employers in collective bargaining and union grievance arbitrations.
Ms. Savage has given presentations on emerging labor and employment law issues to employers and human resources professionals, and has authored and co-authored several articles on hot topics in labor and employment law, including workplace bullying and post-employment contractual and legal restrictions on competition.
Ms. Savage earned her J.D. from Stanford Law School, where she served as vice-president of the Mock Trial Program and the Public Interest Law Foundation. She provided free legal counseling and representation through the Immigrants' Rights Clinic, East Palo Alto Community Legal Services and the Street Law program.

Jay L. Withee

Withee graduated from Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, Louisiana in May 2009 in the top 2 percent of his class. During his academic career, Mr. Withee served as a law clerk in the Tulane University Legal Assistance Program, assisting university-affiliated individuals with low-cost legal representation. Mr. Withee was selected to serve as a member of the Moot Court Board in 2008-2009 on the basis of his performance in the Alternative Dispute Resolution Moot Court Competition. In addition, he earned three CALI Awards for Future Excellence in his First Amendment, Remedies and Arbitration classes.
Mr. Withee’s practice focuses on litigation and encompasses a wide range of civil practice areas, including real estate, business, employment and landlord/tenant law.
